sauna at 90°C · two ice baths at 3°C and 6°C · shared slot, up to 4 guests
Pair sauna heat with two ice baths in one full ritual. Sit in the 90°C sauna long enough to actually let go, then step into either the 3°C or 6°C ice bath — your choice, your tempo. Repeat the cycle once or twice within the 55 minutes. Most people leave warmer than they arrived, sharper, calmer. Each time slot is shared with up to 4 guests, so spots are limited — same-day availability is common, but booking ahead is the surest way in.
This is the ritual length. Only have 25 minutes? The 25-minute session covers the quick reset. Want the whole spa for your group? Book the private spa for an hour.

A regular Saturday or Sunday slot. Same time, same rhythm — recovery becomes a habit.
Trying ice bath and sauna together for the first time? 55 minutes is the right length to figure out your pace without rushing.
You know the rhythm. The 25-minute version is too short for two full rounds — this is the ritual length.
