No sauna, no warm-up — this session goes straight to the cold. Fifteen minutes: change, step into the ice bath at 3°C or 6°C, then rinse and dress. €9.50 for a single session, or the 10-pack for €75. Slots are small: same-day booking is often possible, but booking ahead is the surest way in.
Want heat with your cold? The 25-minute session adds a 90°C sauna round. Want the full ritual, two rounds and more time to settle? The 55-minute session covers that.

Swimwear and a towel — bring your own, or rent one for €4. Bring dry clothes for after.
