When you purchase a gift voucher, you’ll receive a unique code that can be used to book directly on our website. Also known in Dutch as a kadobon or cadeaubon — same voucher, fully redeemable for any session at Yskamer.

Twelve months from purchase. The recipient can redeem any time in that window — no rush, no fixed dates.
Any session at Yskamer — 25-minute sauna and ice bath, 55-minute sauna and ice bath, or the private spa for groups of 1–6. Vouchers cover the session price; the recipient picks the slot.
Instantly by email after purchase, with a unique code. The recipient redeems by entering the code at checkout when booking online.
Yes — there’s a message field at checkout. The recipient sees your note when they receive their voucher email.
Vouchers are for single sessions. For frequent visits the recipient is better off with our memberships or prepaid packages — but a voucher is the right gift if you don’t know how often they’ll come.
Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable — if the recipient can’t make it, they can pass the code to someone else. We can extend the 12-month validity in exceptional cases; just email amsterdam@yskamer.nl.
